Now that everyone is back from work after Christmas Vacation (the construction industry in Australia seems to take January off), the water from the flooding that Melbourne received has subsided and construction has finally begun. The builder broke ground last week and completed the site cut. He's also put up a fence and is in the process of mapping out the foundations.
